Payment

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Square payments.

Refunds & exchanges

We offer refunds and exchanges within the first 10 days after receipt of your item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items must be returned unworn and unaltered in any way.

Custom orders

For custom orders, email your request to yeni@omoyeni.com with as much detail as possible about what you're looking for.

Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. An invoice will be generated via PayPal or Square. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for completion, pending availability of all beaded materials.

Custom orders are not available on any of our bags.

Shipping

All items ship within 3 to 7 business days, unless otherwise noted. We ship via USPS Priority Mail for security and tracking, which typically takes 2 to 3 days (weather-related delays may occur). A tracking number is emailed to you once your priority shipment is on its way.

We do not currently offer international shipping, though we'll try to accommodate where possible if needed.

We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
